The Safety and Security departments carry out several important functions at Manheim Orlando. For the safety and well-being of the dealers, guests, and employees that are on premises, Manheim Orlando (MO) enforces the following safety policy:

  • Speed limit on property is 8 MPH,
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times,
  • Driver's window must be rolled down for verbal communication,
  • No use of cell phone while operating a vehicle on auction property,
  • Your vehicles are watched by our safety observers during auctions to ensure that our drivers are operating them in a safe manner, and
  • On sale days, there is a Safety Advisor (EMT) available in case of an emergency.

The Security department ensures that all customers and customer property are kept safe and maintains care, custody and control of all vehicles on FAAO property. Security staff will:

  • Remain at front gate to assist after normal FAAO hours at 800-337-8491,
  • Unlock vehicles and have keys made,
  • Assist in jump-starting vehicles,
  • Assist in finding vehicles,
  • Offer assistance in Spanish, and
  • Assist transporters with car removal and storage of drive-outs for pickup.
