Access Services Online and At Your Local H&R Block Office

Online Services

Your program offers H&R Block’s federal online tax products, Basic + e-file, Deluxe + e-file and Premium + e-file, at a 25 percent discount* when you access the H&R Block link through MagellanHealth.com/member. Additionally, for those with less complex returns, H&R Block offers a free version. Online payment is due from users of the service at the point of printing or e- filing their returns. The site will present the retail prices along with the discount so that participants can view the 25 percent savings.

Office Services

There are two in-office options available:

§         H&R Block Office offers a $25 discount coupon to new clients using the in-office option. Printable coupons can be found on the Web site. (Note: Coupons are only valid at participating offices. Call your local office to verify participation.) Coupons must be printed to present at the time of your office appointment. Offices do not have the coupons.

 

§         H&R Block’s Best of Both allows you to prepare your return and have an H&R Block tax professional review, edit, sign and e-file your return. Best of Both is offered at a 25 percent* discount.

Directions:
Change the Sign from employee ID to "MAN"
Put in your network username and password
After you are logged in go to
My Tools tab and select "My pay information"
Choose the "Sign in to my pay box"
For security reasons it will as you again for your password.

Once this is done you can view your pay checks, make chanes to your bank or W-4 information or change your personal information.

HOW TO PULL YOUR W-2 ONLINE

You may also register to receive your W2 online through Insite.coxenterprises.com.

Once you log into Insite, go to My Pay Information and you will see a link to Go to My W-2.  If you have not registered to receive your W-2 online you will need to do so.

Click Register Now

Enter passcode: Coxinc-W2

You will need your employee ID number (found on your paystub)

Company Code: VBL

Once you are registered your sign in will be your first initial and your last name @coxinc (see example below)

Example: Rsmith@coxinc

Please note once you register to receive your W-2 online, you will no longer receive a paper W-2 in the mail.
