Certification

Before a vehicle receives the "MANHEIM CERTIFIED" sticker of quality, it must pass a rigorous multi point inspection. When you purchase a "MANHEIM CERTIFIED" vehicle from us you can be sure it's as close to 'front line' ready as any you can find. Manheim Certified is a pre-sale inspection service. The inspected units meet certain condition guidelines and these conditions are guaranteed by the auction for seven days.

The seller is presented with a platform that will identify and promote their quality units as well as eliminate post-sale problems. By inspecting units prior to sale, the seller has the opportunity to make any necessary repairs that will qualify the unit for certification, insuring that they are offering the best units possible. This in turn will maintain a vigorous and loyal purchasing base and increase residual values for sellers.

The buyer is presented with units that have been pre-inspected and found to be free of major defects with any minor defects notes. It makes the purchase efficient and reliable.

Reconditioning Center

Florida Auto Auction of Orlando's Detail Shop is capable of bringing out each sparkling facet of as many as 400 vehicles per day. What does this mean to the buyer? Dirt is like make-up; it hides a multitude of flaws. To the seller, a dirty vehicle means lower bids. We proudly provide both our buyers and sellers with the most accurate depiction of the vehicles crossing our blocks.

Online Sales and Operations has grown in leaps and bounds over the last four years and we owe that success to you, the dealer, who has made purchasing units online an indispensable way of doing business in the 21st century. Our knowledgeable staff is here to help the first time buyer or the seasoned pro.

There are currently 4 types of online sales offering a wide variety of brands.

Simulcasts - With streaming audio and video bringing the sale live to your computer. Simulcast is the next best thing to being at the the auction. Pre-sale catalogs allow you to print out detailed condition reports and plan your whole sale in advance.

CyberAuctions - For those craving a slower more exclusive place, we present Cyberauctions.The sales only occur online. They typically last about an hour and include pre-sale catalogs which allow you to access detailed condition reports. With these catalogs you can prepare well in advance of the sale. Like traditional sales, you bid against others. Unlike Simulcast and physical sales, there is no run order. All cars are offered for the duration of the sale.

CyberLots - For those looking for something specific, we offer MAA's Cyberlots. Cyberlots are filled with a given account's vehicles. They are like virtual car lots, where you can browse and buy anytime. Cars are usually kept on the Cyberlot for at least a couple of days

Online Vehicle Exchange - The online vehicle exchange features inventory available online in a bid or buy now auction.
